first: my absolutely adorable nephews.

My (in my humble opinion) AMAZING croissant bread pudding. holy cow, me and c took one bite and were like, "uh oh, we gotta get this out of the house." so i took it to school.
My dog sitting on my dental decks (study tools for stupid boards). i think even he was sick of me studying. not that you can really see (iphone pic and all), but i made those pillows he's squishing! actually, i've made all the pillows on our couch. perhaps another post..,

last month c and i went to a dear friends' wedding in LA. super fun. super gorgeous. and seriously special, for lack of a better word. both their families could public speak like no other. her brother made up a rap song about the 2 of them. the groom sang to the bride. HE SANG TO HER! she said something that made me cry. it was just a big ball of emotion. so....
here's a bunch from that weekend.
this is from my run friday afternoon. man i miss the ocean.
and this is friday night...
this is me and my favorite bartender at our favorite restaurant. love him. he always hits on me to make christian jealous....its part of their humor together i think. its always in good fun and that night was no exception. random: that painting in the upper right corner is from lori petty (remember her...the movie pointbreak??) afterwards we met up with lisa at casa - she and dave were at a wedding there. no pics from that. sorry lisa! but ran into a bunch of friends there. good times.
and the zebra was on our drive up to the wedding venue...
fun and totally unexpected surprise to find in LA of all places.
this is him singing! i never thought i'd enjoy that as much as i did. but talk about putting yourself out there! he sang "she's got a way about her." i forget what the proper name of the song is...hopefully this is enough info.

and this is a pic of the chocolate mousse me and c made at our cooking class yesterday. was super fun. at a restaurant on the strip called mon ami gabi. turns out chef's are like scientists. sort of. learned a bunch. and the food was yummy! burnt my tongue on french onion soup though. whoops.
