so.....lately i've been spending a ton of time NOT on the internet. partly due to these 2 books which were awesome thrillers. i highly highly recommend them if you are looking for a page turner with a bit of a moral message.

..

but yesterday, the hubby and i went for some yummy crab from joe's stone crab (*****wayyyyy different than joe's crab shack) in caesar's palace mall. then we went into 'fresh'. last year i had received some sugar scrub for christmas that i adored. i ran out and have only seen it at this fresh place. usually, i wouldnt spend an arm and a leg on products, but the guy took us around the store and let us try all the products and gave us a bunch of samples and we were sold that we MUST indulge in this decadent sugar scrub. so we indulged. i want to be buried in it. it smells divine, it feels divine. mmmmmmmm

but one of the samples was this black tea "mask", which is actually just a sort of night cream. since we are in the desert and i'm the driest lady in town, i tried some last night. its delightful. it smells good and my skin is like buddha. i'm such a sucker for products.

and the last thing the salesman showed us was this sake bath. both the hubby and i are talking about wanting to go back and get it. its $85 or maybe even $95 which seemed a bit (read: wayyyyy) out of our budget but there was something decadent and yummy about it that appealed to both of our senses. perhaps in another life...
