so here are some of the fabrics that made the cut for this quilt. i'm very excited. but i am learning that quilts are not cheap. even when the labor is free. (THANK YOU PATIENT!). anyways ..yayayayayay! my very first quilt!
we are in san francisco for my bestie's 30th. her adorable husband rented out a room at an AWESOME restaurant last night in san carlos called piacere. i'll post pics as soon as i get them.....super fun evening. although i never got to share my favorite Jen story. hmmm...as if there's just one after knowing someone for 25 years. i still dont know what i would share. probly that she rules and she is super woman. and we used to eat SO much food on our way home from junior high (pizza, donuts, and milkshakes....all on the same walk. no wonder we werent exactly svelte then. jen is now...super mom who runs.)
and we are off to the ferry building for some wine and cheese tasting. it is to be our workout too..walking there. so fun. post later!
